You can achieve a greater benefit by using straps like rings, or the trx while doing triceps Overhead head press, Pushup, or single arm Pushup, adjusting your vector angle to increase or decrease the intensity

Why is a small crunch recommened but a "larger" crunch not. The small crunch is still governed by a range of motion within the spine under load, which is generally not advisable according to McGills work
