If you're broke or don't like having too much products you can always make your own lip scrub from sugar and honey/edible oil. But I recommend making one time portions because it won't have preservatives and can go bad quickly.

Yes…I use unscented flushable wipes from Thrive.. I use the toilet paper first to wipe and then use the other wipes to clean but I have a small lidded garbage can I place the FW in… I use avocado oil one my arms and coconut oil every where else after I lotion. I also use coconut oil for my lady bits and underarms. And dry brushing is the truth…

I use a blade with 3 razors and it works fine for me. I have very sensitive skin. I actually hate using 5 razor blade it's too harsh on my skin. Obvs make sure to use shaving cream/ conditioner. I use conditioner.

Feminine wipes as well are very good for both your front and back side. I definitely prefer it to baby wipes because it's lighter, PhD balanced and doesn't smell like baby butt 😂

The only tip I would upgrade is wipes. Using a bidet is better and you can easily install it yourself.

Thank you for the Great tips but you should never flush baby wipes down the toilet. Not only is it bad for your toilet but It is really bad for the environment, oceans and marine life. I know it is more work, but you should either use flushable wipes ( although that is also debatable) or throw your baby wipes away in a baggy and place them in the actual trash bin. You should just never flush them. Thank you for the video though!

I also found out about the baby wipes and I have been loving it. I don't flush it though, I use a trash bin in the bathroom

Unfortunately anti perspirant doesn't sit well with my skin, always end up with my lymph being blocked..and my fear for cancer increasing

Bad thing about antiperspirants is that they prevent sweat from leaving your body ( so you don’t get to liberate all the waste products from your body) which could lead to some health issues
