Me doing the double cleanse with ivory bar soap since I can remember 😅 you just need a little extra wash especially in the hot spots. I try to avoid all the fragrance stuff to be honest, they wreak havoc on your hormones. I keep it to sprays of perfume on my clothes only.

Man I use panty liners. Can’t live without them. IATA gross wearing the same panties with out a liner all day. Sweat and everything it’s a must
