How to Change Start Menu, Taskbar, Action Centre and Title Bar Color

Microsoft has added a new option to get color in get all title bar without any Registry Tweak.

Your see many videos showing you how to do this with a registry tweak, but its not necessary now.

You can still add color to Action Center, Taskbar and Start Menu as well with the same feature.

To do this press Win + I to open Settings panel or press start button and then settings. Now click Personalization and then Colors section. Now you can toggle the button that says Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar.

Just choose your colour and you are good to go.

Is it also possible in any way to change those colors desperately? Like a grey taskbar but and a blue start menu and a white title bar. Because I really like the grey/dark theme of Windows 10, but sometimes the title bar is grey and the [-] and [X] symbols in the right corner are black and almost invisible.

Now ten months later, I still have the same problem. All the other bars change but not the top one, and it's driving me nuts because it all stays black and I can't see what program I'm watching and often shut down the one I'm watching. It's so irritating. It was fine until I bought a second monitor.

I've tried everything but can't get the title bars to change from black to the colours of the other things. They're always staything black, no matter what colour I change the taskbar.

somehow for me i cant find this feature. i have the two switched below the colour choices but the top one doesnt say "title bar" is this a regional issue? i am in america, but i doubt that that is the issue
