So how do you address this older woman's follicles/eggs maturing too quickly in an egg retrieval cycle? Do you take the eggs out sooner than you would for a younger woman? I think my eggs were withdrawn too late and they were too mature in my first cycle, as none of the four made it to PGS testing though all fertilized. I'm gearing up for a 3rd try to get healthy embryos and noticed my doc pulled them earlier the last time..
