Said it before and the best way to get the frozen lamb out of the wrapping is to sit them in hot water and it cooks a bit quicker as well and some mint sauce would finish it off well.

Hi Keith I love cheesy mash with sausages I love your idea of lamb shank with veg in with the lamb shanks and you could add potatoes sliced or diced are those lamb shanks value for money as I've never tried them I love steak in the oven with onions and veg I grt the cheapest aldi steak and cook it in the oven so nice love fran

One of My Favourites.Lamb Shank.I do Lamb Shank with Colcannon Mash and Pickled Red Cabbage with a bit of Gravy.Not too much gravy or spoils all the Combined Flavours.
