NSE KRA (Dotex) site is not giving the option to update the Mobile Number and email. KYC was done back in 2012 without AADHAR as OBD. Did anyone find any solution for similar issue?

There neither any option to check the existing email, mobile or address in DOTEXKRA or a way to update them. Any other way to do it?

Thank, mam when i enter my pan then it's automatically fill-up my Mobile number & Email and in corner automatically showing Verified. So I just click Save&Exit button.
My process is all ok or not? Please anyone reply if you know.😊

It's not correct. NSE KRA (Dotex KRA) doesn't give the ability to update the KYC on their website. This video doesn't say about how to do that.
