How can I verify my Email Address or Mobile Number in my Aadhaar?

When I try to do this, instead of sending me the OTP, it says "The mobile you have entered already verified with our records.
". But when I try to get OTP from EPF website, it says 'Aadhar does not have mobile number'.
What is going on?

Sir i have registered mobile no. But OTP can't get or when i download it get your aadhar no. Does not have mobile no. But when i verify it registered so how can i download my aadhar

E-mail id verification doesn't work, the OTP cant be initiated. After opening UIDAI website clicking on the adhaar links takes you to different webportal, either the resident or myadhaar. Many spelling and grammer mistakes on the UIDAI website in the FAQ section. Things are not explained properly and completly. The section on lock or unlock biometrics should explain more on the biometric verification process. The maadhaar app on the google playstore doesn't work. Please improve the quality of your services or get more qualified staff.
