Chinese… the story, with which I grew up, says that Marco Polo returned from China and tried to re-create noodles but ended up with spaghetti. 🤔

I think Chinese are first because it was hand pulled noodle, i don't see hand pulled pasta, many pasta using metal tools to pull and shape

The chinese are the best. Ome of the oldest and most unique culture is china. As a mexican ive traveled to china and Taiwan. Both culturally chinese and my mind was blown by the food and customs and generosity of people. My wife is chinese american and she is truly the best

It's OK wheet was all over the world. Pasta from Italy can be traced back to the 4th century BC before the exploration in the 13th century to China .
They are 2 different types, Chinese are noodles and not made the same or of the same ingredients.

I don't know about accuracy of claim, could've started all at the same time for all I know. But it's cool that there was an ancient bowl of noodles discovered. Maybe it was mine in a past life hahahaha

I would say noodle was invented in China. No country in the world has an equivalent of hand pull noodle.
So it's clear noodle came from China. In other countries.. There is no records of noodles. They all eat bread in the west.

Please go over documentary/literature about history of noodle before u make ur claim. First ever document record and coin noodle making was in Italy. Chinese word noodle 麵 is Hieroglyphic mean of a man carrying two sacks of wheats came from a long way.
