It's actually the other way around.
We can survive on a vegan diet, but a meat based diet will give you all the nutrients your body needs without the need for supplements.

It’s POSSIBLE to overcome the deficiencies of a vegetarian diet, and if you want to do it for moral reasons I salute you. If you want to be healthy meat is better for you.

There are multiple other medicinal herbs, plants, leaves, roots, stems, barks seeds, nuts, gud Fats, Oils, pulses, Lentils, Peas, Legumes, Grams, Fruits, complex Carbs, buds, blossoms Teas, diary products, butter, curd, yogurt Kefeer, Ferments are endless etc 🎉 No need of our savage Barbaric days foraging diet of our Ancestors 😮 ❤

I eat a breakfast of eggs and banana with 2 slices of aldi brown bread, dinner consists of potatoes meat, white or red, fish only sometimes, woth carrots, beans from a can, mixed veg, , i eat apples, almonds, avocado and a few others, am i eating a healthy diet, 4 guinness at wk end too.

So why is my body after 6 months still refusing to digest any vegetables regardless if raw or cooked? You cant twll me our ancestors survived the ice ages on a vegetarian diet - they ate meat, bc there was nothing else and those are the strong genes that survived - so nope 100% disagree in that point

No originally it was designed to survive on carnivore fldiet but since further progression and knowledge we added vegeterian food in our diet.

But our original diet remains carnivore.

By saying that you need a lot of variety in a vegetarian diet, while you can very well - in his words - 'survive' on just salmon for example, he indirectly admits that he is wrong. Living perfectly on just one food versus needing a bunch of different things that might not be available depending on region or season, which sounds more natural?
