Can you have multiple instances open on different desktops. Like have Word open on 3 desktops and each instance editing a different document?

DearM$ users,
I have used Linux for a couple of decades. Virtuak desktops have been a part of Linux distributions for years.
The keyboard short cut keys I use are; CTRL +ALT+arrow. Is there a shortcut keyboard for W 10?
God bless.

Just found this video. While helpful, the one thing I don't see in this videos is how to use virtual desktops with multiple monitors. I'm using two monitors and currently the issue I have is that I can't set both monitors to ONE virtual desktop. For instance, I work from home so I obviously want to have an area that's just work related, BUT because it's my main computer, I also want an area just for non-work things (like watching TV or a movie, looking up something in Chrome/Firefox).

Obviously, the problem I have now is I have tabs for both work and personal up, which means I also compare for programs with different logins (like Hootsuite or Google accounts). What I wanted and hoped Windows 10 virtual desktops would do, would be to separate these things, which it does, but ONLY for one monitor. Seeing as I use TWO for BOTH work and personal, this isn't working. And other than third party apps, I've yet to find anyone that can say virtual desktop 10 works with multiple monitor support.
