Federal member for Mallee Anne Webster claims communities in Victoria have become “a little discordant” over plans for wind farms to be built and Labor’s renewables-only agenda.

“There is a lot of upset,” she told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“The absolute majority do not want these wind farms and ... in fact, they don’t want to call them wind farms; they want to call them wind factories. I think industrial estates is a better terminology.”

Stand strong with real Australians in our rural communities. Labor won't.

Labor federal and the Victorian government's need to be voted
out of government, only way to stop this.

You can't run a country off wind turbines. They are intermittent for starters and no real way of storing that energy as well, for when the wind isn't blowing.. Just a few of the problems here.

One has to wonder, what sort of jobs have Albo and Bowen been offered to reach these targets.

We need to keep using coal fired plants as well. Many gas pipe lines go through properties as well.

Land acquisition by stealth. Ram the transmission corridors through then rezone the land for foreign entities. Sneaky Labor carving up farms.

This government should be jailed the length of there term, and given bread and water only and share 1 torch.

Can we ask the government this thousands of hectares of agricultural land, crops, livestock and buildings are destroyed through a fire started by a failed wind turbine who is going to pay for this, the owner of the windfarm or the government. If you say the government then your saying the Australian tax payer. That's going to sit well and the company walks away. Don't think so.

What’s happened to democracy, labour has become way too close to socialism, we will think for the majority

Might the greens and labour weasel words be characterised as a misrepresentation of the truth?
