This could easily become an annoying malware that makes the PC unusable by changing and adding a few things. Like disabling the Task Manager, adding a script to make the mouse flutter all around the screen, and making it run on startup. No information would be stolen, but instead you would have to connect the hard drive / SSD to another computer to obtain the files that would have been on that computer at the time.
