It is not a monument to Constantine the Great, but to the liberators of Niš and Stevan Sinđelić, one of the leaders of the First Serbian uprising against the Turkish Empire. Read about the Battle of Chegar (Čegar). His skull is in Skull Tower. Constantine's monument is on the river bank. There is also the German Nazi Concentration Camp in Niš, near the main bus station, and the monument on Bubanj hill, of which you spoke about, is the place where the prisoners were shot and buried. You had a lapidarium, a gallery of tombstones and sarcophagi from the Roman period in the fortress. And much more.

Niš and the south of serbia generally Is capital of burek and bbq so i recomend u to eat the real cevapi and pljeskavica cheaper and better then those in fancy Belgrade restourants. Also go to Leskovac the most famous bbq in all of ex Yugoslavia ahahahahahahah
