This is the continuation of part 1 of how to create a zero based budget from scratch in google sheets. In this video, we cover how to build the formulas for calculating our "to be budgeted" and "over budget" fields on our budget, and how that allows us to turn this budget into a zero-based budget. Then we cover how to create two different types of charts, one is a bar chart, and the other one is a pie chart showing our expenses in percentages compared to the other expenses.
