the video is no bad, its really works, but is really important do this procedure on the anaconda powershell prompt, because if you use the windows prompt that extension will be install inside the python path on windows and jupyter notebook is a virtual evironment, so you have to do this inside the anaconda path for python

If nbextensions tab is still not showing. use below command

jupyter contrib nbextensions install --system and open jupyter notebook again

If you don't found extension bar. write the following in cmd
pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
jupyter contrib nbextension install --user
jupyter nbextension enable varInspector/main
