FACES OF AFRICA: The Jews of Madagascar

Madagascar is the new home for the world's newest Jewish community. The country was colonized by France and they introduced Christianity which is practiced by over 90% of its citizens. But in recent years, a group of Malagasy people led by Ashrey Dayves believe that one particular religion, Judaism, was the original religion in Madagascar. They have converted to Judaism and they hope to get many Malagasy join the religion and find their true roots.

Wherever we are as a people we must continue to remember the Sabbath and to live our lives in such a way that others may learn of this way of life. A lot of lies have been told and are still being told but we are truly connected to God by his spirit and he knows our heart. We are blessed wherever we are. We do not need acceptance from others if we truly believe God is with us. Worship him wherever you are.

For those who have a disdain and hatred for Ashkenazi Jews, please stop the hatred! You are not seeing the situation correctly! There’s not enough time here to clarify in dispelling your hatred, which will only cause misunderstanding, pain and suffering. A comment here by an intelligent person stated in essence, “It’s the belief in the Word that counts!” Not the color, ethnicity or origin. The Jews of Europe for centuries were forced to convert to a Christianity that had been manipulated and Pagan, against their will. Jews were slaughtered by, Inquisition, Pogroms and Holocaust! Because they would not abandon the word of Elohim. They preserved the heritage, traditions and died for it, while able to bring the sacred knowledge after 2000 years, back to our homeland of Israel. We are still fighting a hostile world till today! Therefore, as our great Prophets of old and our Creator stated in the TORAH/Tenakh, at the end of days, we shall be blessed and gathered together... Today we’re seeing a phenomenal growth in awareness by Christians, looking for their Hebrew roots as well. I do believe, there may be a multitude of 2.5 billion or more, from lost house of Israel, yearning to get back to their origin? Welcome back... We need to say, “BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!” AMEN!

I dreamt of a world where there was peace everywhere. It was similar to ours with beautiful lands, trees, flowers, beaches, different ethnicities but each country was rich with different customs and other nationalities visited the other countries and they were all welcoming. The natives gave flowers to their visitors as they were leaving as tokens of friendship and asked to come again. I didn't want to wake from that lovely dream. I think that was God letting me know that some day the world will be like that.

I do not know what you have been through with the Christianity, but it is all about relationship. It is through the death of YESHUA and HIS shed blood that reconciled us to GOD.

Jeremiah talks about the new covenant 31:31-35, fulfilled by YESHUA’s blood, Leviticus 17:11; Luke 22:20, John 19:34, that put the covenant into effect. Abraham shed blood to ratify the covenant the GOD. Genesis 15:9-12, 17:11

THE GOD of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob gave YESHUA so that we may have eternal life. GOD does not want any to perish. There is only one way to SALVATION. John 3:16-18, 14:6.

HE wants us to be completely changed/reconciled to HIM.

Colossians 1: 20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

There is a Blessing in being reconciled.

2 Corinthian 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”

Romans 5:9 “Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.” 

I pray that the person who did this video will share it with the people in Madagascar and that the GOD of the Heavens and Earth will reveal the truth to them and others who reads this under the comment on this video. In YESHUA OUR MESSIAH

Jews sought refuge in Madasgascar, just like they sought refuge in islands in the Caribbean but that does not mean the Caribbean people can claim Judaism as there true religion. These people are African and Indonesian with their own rich religion.
