That's not open testing if it's limited. It's slightly click bait. Open means anyone who wants to play, can play. If there is a limit or a prerequisite, it's not open, just less closed.

They did state that the last people to be invited to the open testing will be members of gold and silver members at a limited amount for a CC style beta before release i had this confirmed by mods and made a video about it ngl very sad if your gonna pay money you should get tester in general

i talked with one of the mods or devs idk in the discord and they said this whole "testing" announcement was to say that the closed testing was coming to and end where only like 10 people could test to now where open testing is required to submit an application to get into it, so its basically meaning nothing to the average player since you will def need gold or silver to even be considered amongst the thousands of people who are going to apply, it also means that the rumored, "everyone should be able to test in November" is going to be changed to only some will and every gold/silver will have EA either a few days or a few weeks before release and no testing unless you get chosen, but i guess EA is enough for the days it will be open for lmao

We still dont know anything about the game optimization, i mean yes they did say they tested on iphone 7 and running well, but what about pc? look at the flame mode cutscene 1:27 fps drop its not a big deal, but im still curios about the maps, underwater, or anything. Optimization is important even for a roblox game too.

This is a very hot take but I think real seas combat is gonna be like type soul. some parrying is needed but not deepwoken level parrying. Like people can glaze the game all you want. Its just they don't show us alot of pvp but instead tell us what its like. the only reason its so popular right now is because of the eye candy graphics.
