It was their first show, a charity gig.
While they were there, a man named Nori introduced himself to them.

New Theory-

Bad News brings more story elements into light here. With the Idol Industry being capitalized on with gambling, it seems more clear now that someone would have the evil intent of setting up a bombing to shake things up. I believe the teacher is deep into the gambling scene, and learned that Star Blush Girls were onto the secret of the gambling. In order to throw them off the rails, he set up the bombing to frame them and cause controversy. I don’t believe he meant to kill the Star Blush Girls because if so, he would have detonated the bomb at a different time when they were near it (or simply not have used a bomb at all and had them taken care of, I.E have others do his dirty work). There are people here saying Nori planted the bomb, or that he is evil, but there is no clear motive for that, and if he did (attempting to end the corruption somehow?) surely he would have planted it in such a way where no one was hurt (which they were, confirmed in Idol Bombing) because he does not appear to have evil intentions. From Idol Bombing it is made clear that people were hurt if not killed from the bombing, “So many idols were injured, Their dreams died in those ashes”. Nori instead seems like one of the good guys of this story, he is so tired of the rigged gambling idol industry that he decided to tell SBG to try and change it. He most likely didn’t get into his job for gambling, but for the love of the idol industry itself in its pure form. Or, if he did join for money from the corrupt gambling, he has grown so tired of it all that he wants it to be purified, and to reinstall meaning and love into it.

It seems the true cause of the bombing was to have SBG be hated by everyone or prosecuted, so that if they tried to expose the Idol industry for what it really is with it’s rigged gambling, no one would believe them.

I've made myself listen to this whenever I'm panicking about school now. It makes me realize that I really shouldn't care how other's rank my work.

Absolutely incredible. Criminal idol continues to be one of my favorite things on YouTube because it has soul, purpose and meaning. It’s never easy waiting for the next episode but I can always say wholeheartedly the wait is always worth it.

Now to look hours on end for those clues...

This literally made my night. As a perfectionist with high social and performance anxiety, grades, people's opinions, and how well I do at anything presented to the public are really essential to my self-esteem and confidence. But I really love what Hareka says here. She's not going to let other people put a value on her performance, or affect how she views herself. She knows the work she's put into this, and she isn't going to let the opinions of other people belittle that effort and experience. I think that's a really awesome mindset to have. Thank you so much Static for always making motivational and uplifting content. It always makes my day when you upload!


Btw, before I saw this video I was super anxious because I'm going to take my driver's test tomorrow, but now I'm like, "I don't need some stranger telling me what my score is...'cause their scores will never change who I am and what I've put in!"

Favorite part is the stutter synths and chromatic steps in the melody of "I-I-I-I'm." This song is a great addition to the series and quite an addition to the mystery!!

This series has been one of my favorite ever since I realized it was a series in the first place, truly an amazing work of art that goes highly unappreciated, the mystery, the vocals, and the art are perfect. Even when it didn't have the best art it still told a fantastic story and has amazing music. Ive listened to these songs over and over again sometimes just to listen to the music and other times to figure out the mystery. I just wanted to share my thoughts on this series and hope that you continue this amazing work.
