I think the best "I don't know the answer" is: "I have never had the opportunity to work with this service, but I would love to learn more about the functionality and how it can help customers" It's a truthful answer because SA's like to learn.

Many thanks for the video. This was very helpful. I'm a data analyst (AWS SAA certified) and the biggest challenge is to switch the domain. At this stage, I rely upon AWS documentation and Udemy courses to learn AWS. So that's a merry go round circle of no experience and landing on similar projects.
