Boeing killed the whistle blower.. how is stepping down being held accountable? He should be in jail

And he'll pop out his golden parachute, retire with a multi-million dollar pension and a titanic stock option. Poor guy.

Every board member needs to serve a minimum life term in prison

This is what happens when a company has gotten arrogant, lazy, and cares more about money than the safety of people.

Oh, so upsetting for Boeing... for killing hundreds due to their cost saving measures. This is not a nightmare, it's retribution in the most minimal degree. Another executive get to retire with millions.

How many millions will he take with him. That could be used for engineers or inspectors or training true workers

I looked up the CEO’s experience, and he spent decades working in the private equity industry. That’s all I needed to know

Good. The entire executive board needs to go and be replaced with leaders who have engineering, scientific, and quality assurance related backgrounds. Ever since MD’s bean counter leadership took over, the trajectory of the company has been equated to the flight path of those doomed Max 8s.

Gotta book it to a non-extradition country, right? Wouldn't want to be around when they find out about the whistleblower murder.

Don’t forget that Boeing refused to negotiate with the Washington unions that manufactured the Boeing planes, and took manufacturing to the middle of nowhere in the Midwest for cheaper labor. The manufacturing were asked if they’d ever fly in the planes. They said no lol

When I was a kid it was, " if it's not Boeing I'm not going". Don't even want to get on one nowadays 😵‍💫

Why is it always just retirement for criminals. Where is the people who enforce justice and take actions for these things? it's like they just let everything slide for everyone.

Why at the end of the year? Why not immediately?
Any other Co CEO would be fired, no easy out, no golden parachute. Meanwhile, how many will be laid off because of piss poor upper management? 21 AC per month won't sustain the current headcount

Accountable....lmao, accountability does not apply to the government and its contractors.

How about A CEO with an engineering background instead of a finance background that believes in meritocracy and not DEI. Problem solved. You're welcome.
