Ever since I started investing, I haven’t lost a single dime. Wanna know my secret?

I never sell.

So in your APPL Sell Call example, what would happen if the price never hit your strike of $117 by expiration? Do you keep the premium and the price difference or just the premium? Great video btw! Very easy to understand

So I sold a covered call that doesn't expire for a long time (two years). My strike price was already hit though even though my expiration date is not anywhere near. When it expires would I keep the entire amount up to the strike price plus the premium, or would I be left with just the premium amount?

I got about $35k+ I can buy 10 contracts of a stock like TNA for selling calls and puts wheel strategy. Do you think getting 10 contracts is too much and risky?
Tryna make around $1k per week

It all makes sense but if your stock drops quite a bit below your strike price, wouldn’t you be stuck with your stock as it has loss money. Like you couldn’t open up another covered call next week unless it’s above the price you initially paid for that stock right?

I know this is off topic but I have learned so much from watching your vids and ive only been investing since Mid April. By far my favorite strategy is the SPY, PG and AMD iron Condor but i have one question. When i tried to close the spy iron condor option out, it continued to cancel my order. Is that normal?

I have question about how much money will I lose with my following example. Let see if I currently have 600 apple stocks cost at $125 and I want to sell 6 covered calls strike price at $150 and premium at .50 expires in 1 month. I am okay with my strike price if calls gets expired above the strike price even if stock price goes to $175. What if my stock price falls to $105 how much will I lose? Even I don't mind waiting for few years for apple stocks to come back to my purchase price. Will I lose any of my shares? Since I am new to this I want to know my potential losses on this. Thank you

Is doing a week out too risky ?? I’ve seen people recommend a month out ? is there a reason a month is better or worse ??

Is the GOAL to have both contracts expire?... or to be set out of reach

I have a question. What if the person who buys your option sells it instead of exercising it? Are you still forced to buy the 100 shares of stock? Or nothing happens and you keep your premium?

I learned this recently:
You can invest all your cash into stocks no problem business as usual... And you can *also* sell puts, credit spreads, and iron condors. Instead of using cash as collateral, you use your stocks as collateral.

Essentially, instead of using cash that will just sit there looking cute on your account, you can invest in stocks & profit from their gains PLUS do option trades and gain from that too. Dangerous, but very powerful

I know people are tired of hearing this advice but selling calls and puts and adding more and more money to your account is something that should be taught in school. The other smart play is getting a duplex or triplex with a FHA loan. I wish I knew about selling calls 10 years ago, really. But real estate and this strategy is how I have actually become wealthy.

The reasons for having a trading strategy is to remove the possibility of you making emotional or irrational decisions. Decision is rather made based on predefined parameters that are developed with sound research. Another is to make it possible to benefit from repetition. Without this type of routine, you probably won’t know what worked or why. Trading with my broker; *Elizabeth Warren Shaw* has enlightened me about the benefits of informed investments.

The market is always unstable and volatile lately. It might be the new normal so everyone should adjust accordingly.
