The three lucencies in the trachea from top to bottom should be labelled as
RUL bronchus LUL bronchus bronchus intermedius
Because if you see in graiger radiology there is clearly mentioned that bronchus intermedius has prominent posterior wall that can be seen here in the lower most lucencies
