How I Read a Lateral CXR

Hi everybody. In this video, I show you how I look at a lateral CXR. I'm not going to do an exhaustive inventory of the anatomy in this video, but stay tuned for that in the future.

Lateral CXRs are so hard. I feel that reading radiographs well is a lost art since we have so much cross-sectional imaging now. The hila are particularly challenging. Thanks for the review!!

Excellent and very simplified way of explaination.
Because of English titles, we from non-American countries can follow the accents fully.
Lastly, very Liberal and judicious use of various colour markers - so we understand which area you are talking about.
So kindly if possible always incorporate English subtitles and liberal coloured markings.

If you see a right hilar lymphnode conglomerate of 13×21 mm and sarcoidosis is ruled out, would you then look at some type of lymphoma?
