Can someone please explain, if a PA cxr is taken from behind, why isn't the heart on the right? When I look at a PA view in my mind I'm looking face to face with the patient. But if you're taking a picture from behind them, it should appear as mirrored yes? I somehow graduated without ever understanding this.
