I love the choreography of this fight, Sidious has a fighting style that is both efficient in movement and bewildering to anticipate. The way he bends and flips around is just so unexpected from someone of his age. He's not even being serious about it either.

and interesting detail during the fight is that sidious was having a blast, laughing, and toying around with them when Savage was still fighting. As soon as Savage died, and it was Maul versus Sidious, he didn't laugh a single time, and locked in as if he respects Maul as a fighter significantly more than Savage
