Nvidia : AMPERE, NEW AI
AMD : ZEN3, RDNA2

Intel : PCI 3.0*
I still hope Intel will innovate more with Alder Lake & new GPU XE Architecture in 2021 to keep the competition running

This channel should have 10 million subscriber. You guys like advance verson of LTT. And also very clear explanation and organized. Very underrated channel.

Very valid point. We've seen a lot of these early demos over the years, that have looked fantastic, but no game developer ever made actual game-play scenes that looked anything like that. It would most certainly not be the first time.
Believe it once we start to see actual game-play that looks like that.

7:09 "what does this mean for gaming?"
Answer: Whatever Nvidia feels is good enough to get them the most profit.

They did use ray-tracing for GI, it's explained by Digital Foundry / Eurogamer, just not triangle ray-tracing ( they used approximations like voxels and some other stuff I forgot the names of ).

What they said about the consumer products could hint at something like Volta and Turing, where Volta was Datacenter only and Turing was a consumer product line.

What if they do it again with Hopper being the consumer architecture? considering the "great overlap" that Turing and Volta had.

finally a channel that isn't just gushing over the ue5 demo but is appropriately skeptical. so many youtubers are creaming their pants even though we've seen similarly impressive, for the time, tech demos from ue3/ue4 that never really translated into actual games even towards the end of a generation.
