Beautiful. Thank you Tara. “Happiness, not in another place, but this place, not for another hour but this hour.” Walt Whitman.

That beautiful peace is a special way of knowing it’s all okay. The peace is like a blank slate

It helps that sometimes you haven't just had your hair done or put on makeup & allow yourself to look a little older than usual & smile from your heart & help us fellow night travellers to accept our age but also our strength & presence.

I'm new to your to channel and am in awe of your insights and wisdom. That said, I've a "hair in the egg" concern: so far, the meditations offered are just what the doctor ordered-except- how do I get around the assumption (sorry-lack of a better word) that personal resources like friends and family are a given? I've a cat. That's it. While I'm grateful for being able to have my ESA endorsed pet and for being able to care for him, this only goes so far when asked to draw on a loved one's image and/or an associated loving and grateful experience for comfort. Maybe someone has experienced the same or has thoughts or insights about how not to let this excarbate and prolong a path for healing? I hope I expressed myself in an way that's understandable.
