You're been having an unhealthy response to anxiety for some time, so it's going to take some time for your brain to learn new and healthy pathways. Be patient with yourself. The work you're doing is so worth it. Because the work you're doing is what's actually leading to lasting change.

You're not in this for short-term healing, you're in it for long-term healing, remember this!

And remember, exposure therapy isn't the only tool! There are so many other tools that will support your healing. Keep taking the healthy steps. You can do hard things.❤️
