My book is for all guitar players, not just classical. I really like Dowland on an acoustic guitar - it almost sounds like an orpharion, a wire-strung lute from Dowland's time. Let me know what you think.

You have out done yourself again, Rob. I am in total awe of your talent, & of course, the beautiful arrangement is hypnotizing. Thanks for all you do.

I love this and I have just ordered the book. What finer praise can there be !
I am currently working on a ukulele arrangement for John Dowland's His golden hair to silver hath turned. No one seems to have done it.

This is marvelous. I never thought that sound would lean so incredibly well into the early music.
May I ask what strings are used in this recording?

I wonder how this would sound on my Maurice DuPont Maccaferri... hmm I should get to work on this! You’ve inspired me, sir!

I could imagine tears of joy welling up in J.D.'s eyes. Perhaps some bandora pieces by Anthony Holborne - 'The New Year's Gift' would go down well on Ne'er Day - or any other day.

Beautifully played, as usual I would say. Acoustic guitars sounds very well in Renaissance tuning, especially with extra light strings and no, (or very short), nails. Narvaez' Mille regrets on it one day, maybe?
