The Muffler falling off is a Safety Feature, to remove the propeller and give the pilot time to contemplate his life choices.

"The excitement of taking off in the AliExpress paramotor - is similar to what the Wright brothers must have felt on their first flight!" 🤣🤣🤣

I admire this man's confidence in being able to pull out his bare phone to take a selfie that high up in the sky without dropping it

I've brought a few chinese engined items and I've always found at first they strain and struggle and run rough until they've ran themselves in. They don't test run anything and are always stiff until they wear in. Pays to run them thru a few heat cycles and re torque everything and run a slightly over oiled fuel mix for the first week bit and then they free up and run well.

That lady was so sweet. "Do you need some help?" And the "Please be safe 🙏" my goodness bless her soul ❤️

a tuned muffler would definitely be better than a can with holes in it

I'm in RC planes. I completely coat the exhaust bolts in red RTV. For me it's the only thing that has worked.

Use nordlock washers on the bolts. This is basically a perfect application for them. Very successful when we used them in 2 stroke chainsaw exhausts.

Haven’t seen you smile this much on a flight in forever…seems like this little fan put you back in touch with your happy place…you go, Peter Pan!

Looks like a lot of fun! You should get pre-drilled bolts and use safety wire to prevent the muffler bolts from loosening

There is an exhaust kit for it to make it less loud and more powerful. Also swapping the prop is definitely helping out to get a smoother and more rpm overal

There is something quite special about having something cheap and sketchy that works. It's... Endearing and terrifying. lol

The amount of sheer excitement and joy this brought was super cool to watch.

This was my fave video of yours to watch! Really captured your enjoyment and passion for this hobby... Been enjoying your hobby vicariously through your vids for years, but this gives me hope that I might actually afford to get into this one day.

I love your excitement for this little machine

You could either use Nord washers for the exhaust, or just buy a jig to drill the bolts yourself for safety wire. For either case, I would recommend using heli-coil inserts on the motor if it doesn't have threaded inserts already, as they'll make a big difference in how well a bolt can retain torque in aluminum. The heat cycles and expansion rates between steel and aluminum are likely what's causing the initial loosening, while the vibrations are what make the bolts self-removing. It's also possible that the design needs more bolts than what it has, but you can't do a whole lot about that.

These Ali videos are the best you’ve done in a long time dude. Keep making them on this thing I feel like it’s restored some excitement in you and your channel

I've been flying large gas twin cylinder motors on RC aircraft for almost 30 years and we NEVER use the gaskets on the exhaust. Either use nothing (which will work fine unless the flanges of the exhaust and mufflers are not machined well) or use a very thin layer of high temp sealant. If using the sealant, apply a thin layer to the muffler side and let it set (long enough to touch without it getting on your finger), and then mount the mufflers. Done.
