I'm 59 years old and I grew up with no one to look up to . I spent most my life addicted to drugs and alcohol . Living post addiction is not easy .
I went to church as a kid and as a teenager but only took up a chair . I listened to Mr Tour explain the complexity of the human cell and that man can not replicate it. It was made only through intelligent design.
I have a hero in my life and he led me to Jesus . Thank you Dr. James Tour I love you .

A statistical impossibility is defined as “a probability that is so low as to not be worthy of mentioning. Sometimes it is quoted as 1/10^50 although the cutoff is inherently arbitrary. Natural selection has no effect on individual atoms and molecules on the micro scale in a prebiotic environment. (*For reference, peptides/proteins can vary in size from 3 amino acid chains to 34, 000 amino acid chains. Some scientists consider 300-400 amino acid protein chains to be the average size. There are 42, 000, 000 protein molecules in just one (1) simple cell, each protein requiring precise assembly. There are approx. 30, 000, 000, 000, 000 cells in the human body.)

Of all the physical laws and constants, just the Cosmological Constant alone is tuned to a level of 1/10^120; not to mention the fine-tuning of the Mass-Energy distribution of early universe which is 1/10^10^123. Therefore, in the fine-tuning argument, it would be more Rational and Reasonable to conclude that the multi-verse is not the correct answer. On the other hand, it has been scientifically proven numerous times that Consciousness does indeed collapse the wave function to cause information waves of probability/potentiality to become particle/matter with 1/1 probability. A rational and reasonable person could therefore conclude that the answer is consciousness.

A "Miracle" is considered to be an event with a probability of occurrence of 1/10^6. Abiogenesis, RNA World Hypothesis, and Multiverse would all far, far, far exceed any "Miracle". Yet, these extremely irrational and unreasonable hypotheses are what some of the world’s top scientists ‘must’ believe in because of a prior commitment to a strictly arbitrary, subjective, biased, narrow, limiting, materialistic ideology / worldview.

Every idea, number, concept, thought, theory, mathematical equation, abstraction, qualia, etc. existing within and expressed by anyone is "Immaterial" or "Non-material". The very idea or concept of "Materialism" is an immaterial entity and by it's own definition does not exist. Modern science seems to be stuck in archaic, subjective, biased, incomplete ideologies that have inadequately attempted to define the "nature of reality" or the "reality of nature" for millennia. A Paradigm Shift in ‘Science’ is needed for humanity to advance. A major part of this Science Paradigm Shift would be the formal acknowledgment by the scientific community of the existence of "Immaterial" or "Non-material" entities as verified and confirmed by observation of the universe and discoveries in Quantum Physics.)

To even ask the question demonstrates a total disconnect with what faith is?
For many faith is a question of believing, and to a degree there is an aspect of faith that believes. I am faithful to my wife and she to me; I have no proof of that except that I know her? Because I do, I believe. Its important to notice that faith bring belief, not belief bringing faith? For some faith has an aspect of trust; again, that is true. There is trust but there can only be trust in someone you know?

People talk about faith, in some of the right ways, but ultimately have a twisted view. They know about God. They know a great deal about Him, and knowing about Him think they are in relationship with Him. They go to a church, they sing the songs, they do all they can to follow the law. They call Him Lord, but they don’t know Him.
Its as though they read His autobiography called the bible and because of it they conclude they are in a relationship?

But the truth is after you encounter Him personally, which scripture says is where faith comes from. The question of science making faith obsolete is ridicules.

What science might do is cause a believer to rethink that position? But that person has no faith.

I know that at times scripture seems to use believing and faith interchangeably? Most often this belief referenced in scripture is of the heart? Which is a dead thing? Dead in trespasses? Wicked and decidual? Scripture asks who can know it? I would say for there to be a true belief of the presence of God found in your heart; then you have already received a new one?

There are steps to salvation and that one is the last…..if its true of you then you are saved; but is it true?

Many people ask how Christianity works? Calvin had a few thoughts on that subject. Personally, I would say Calvin got it wrong, but there is a reason for the confusion? Scripture says salvation is a work of God? We don’t seem to do anything, and yet Paul askes should sin continued that grace may the more abound, heaven forbid? James says if you have faith show me your works?

But for an Adamic person still in their sinful state, what do they make of this? After all they want to be saved, and the church small c wants converts? Maybe they even do legitimately believe their own rhetoric?

I could describe the journey step by step, but the truth is maybe that was just my journey? I don’t think we should ever go further than scripture. So, all I want to tell you is where Paul said the gift of faith is received.
This is the Greek form of Roman’s 10:17 ἄρα ἡ πίστις ἐξ ἀκοῆς, ἡ δὲ ἀκοὴ διὰ ῥήματος Χριστοῦ.
This is most commonly translated; So, then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Where in this text does it speak of encountering God? If faith comes by hearing the word? Every believer has heard the word?

It speaks of the encounter right here ῥήματος (rhēmatos).
The scripture is the word of God but in Greek that word is referred to as λόγος (logos)

Both ῥήματος (rhēmatos) and λόγος (logos) are translated word in English but they have different meanings and uses in Greek. One is the utterance of a voice, the other its reason or meaning?
One you can only experience in person, the other reaches through the ages? One delivers the gift of faith, the other will not.

For by grace are you saved through faith and this not of works lest any should boast it is a gift from God.

When you are in a relationship with someone, what has science to do with that? When the question being ask is asked? It demonstrates a true disconnect; and even if the answer is no, they can both live together in the same world, the ones asking and answering have missed the point.

No one asks you do you believe in mothers? As if there was a possibility that one day science might prove there has never been mothers??? No mother, even an absent one, has ever been a concept; good, bad, or otherwise, we all know they are a reality? So to ask would be ridicules?

That's why people ask do you believe in God?

Most of the time He is presented as something less than the reality that He is; and that isn’t being done by atheists?

The Field of Science is no different than any other field of human endeavor, which eventually experiences corruption; the entropy of humanity. Science has become Big Business and as such requires comparable regulation and oversight to prevent fraud / "scams".
