What is the Difference between Corporation and Incorporation

Corporation vs Incorporation. A corporation (or company) is a distinct legal entity that legally operates as a distinct person that is capable of conducting business apart from the people that created it. Meanwhile, incorporation is the process by which the corporation is created pursuant to the governing statutes and laws of the jurisdiction.
Undertaking the incorporation process to facilitate optimal corporate maneuverability can be highly advantageous as the business of the corporation proceeds forward, from a multitude of legal angles, including taxation, regulatory, internal decision-making, shareholder responsibility, etc., such that the incorporation should not be overly simplified or trivialized where there are substantive objectives and aspirations tied to the corporate business endeavors that are to be pursued.
