Tailored clothing. This company is selling tailored clothing. Why do new startups need to sound like they have invented something new?

Yeah I mean making tailored clothing less expensive and available to all would be great, that would be the only innovation here is the mass availability.

This actually makes no sense to "automate"... so rather than discuss with, and hold accountable, the person who adjusted your clothes, you can spend the same time fussing with some difficult to interact with software, and then spend 3 barrels of fuel shipping the incorrect order back and forth.

Progress!

Honestly, people should invest in a sewing machine and learn to tailor clothes to themselves - super valuable skill 👌

In theory this should reduce overhead exponentially. I can't count the number OTR casual wear and basics that I either had to get tailored or more often than not settle or ship back. It would be wild if all of your clothes could be made to fit and move and have perfect drape 1st time. Then if you want oversized, long-lined, scoop necks or whatever trend outside of basic you could adjust from your body scan. The scans could and should be universal so any and every clothing manufacturer could receive scan data and manufactures no longer have machines set to XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, Tall etc..., but rather can automatically and quickly adjust to (insert name here). For ref. I don't own a sewing machine or have sewn since I took Home Economics in middle school many yrs ago. I took 3 expensive wool tee shirts to get hemmed and it cost $25 per shirt! 1st and last time I do that! I also swear by Kirkland tees but sometimes I'll get a defective lot where the hem is too long and instead of paying to ship it back ( not even considering the impact on the environment), I settle. These quality tees are only $6 per shirt and tailoring should not cost more than 20% of the garment cost.

Ive lived with M, L, XL, and its just fine...
I dont like tight fittings because my dimensions fluctuates overtime, no one need to buy a pair of clothes each time they gained or lose weight. Its wasteful!

I have always wanted clothes that fit but I’ve never been able to access those clothes cuz it’s a lot of effort to go to those stores that don’t exist within hundreds of miles, I don’t know about them, and it’d cost far more than my budget. The internet hasn’t helped cuz it’s so much more mystery what I’m getting and if I have to try to return the clothes. So I gave up and look terrible now. Let alone functionality is poor. Either too long and loose or too short and tight. People make fun of how small my clothes are or they’re too big for me.

Levi used to custom-made jeans for you and then they quit. It was really nice cuz if you ever needed another pair all you had to do was take a special barcode they gave you into the store pay for the jeans and then they were sent to your home when they were made.

I am 5 foot 2 inch/157.5 cm and I am 107--110 pounds/47--49 kilograms. In USA I have a hard time finding shirts becuse in some brands/models I need medium and in others I need small. Jeans I have been able to find my size mainly a 29 x 30 pr 29 x 29 fitting fine but have found at times kids if the 16 regular is not massive like more common now since 2010's 16 regular and 18 regular are massive on me while 14 husky is becoming shorter and shorter now on me when as opposed to older 14 huskey I got from K-mart were not as short.
