Thanks for the speaker set up tips. I have been using my Tyros 1 without the speakers set up correctly but NOW what a difference.

Nice video. I would also add that if you don't have the Sub-woofer, then you won't get any sound from the speakers. I bought a second hand Tyros 1 and I picked it up; however, since I was transporting it on the train, I let the seller to send me the Sub-woofer by post. For my surprise, as I came home and tried it, no sound came out from the speakers. I plugged the head phones and there I could hear something.

I thought that something was wrong; however I decided to wait for the Sub-woofer. It arraived and after having connected it, then I got sound from the speakers.

Hi Chris. My new T4 is stunning. Ah the T4 base speaker/amp dose actually have a volume on the back.i don't understand why the volume and power switch is hidden round the back instead of the front where the base knob is. Other then that these Tyroses are awesome.

Hello, is it possible to plug in the headset to hear the sound from it while it is also heard on the external speakers?

I have Tyros 4 and I have Master Volume Control on my Sub, It's a AUS/NZ Version. That could be the reason. Not sure though. I also just realised Yamaha ditched many ports at the rear control panel of T5 when compared to T4. How T5 is connected with the speakers? Using the main outs?

Hi 🤪👍 David = we are all different aren’t we. ? Personally I’ve never had satisfaction from this Yamaha speaker system 🤷‍♂️ so I’ve always had the best quality sound out speakers I could afford’ “ spaced 8 FT apart - then your really hear what a board sound’s like & also their system is Horrible to try to take out , anyway thanks for all you do for your customers etc and demo ‘n all Cheers to tipsters 🍷🕺💃✅

Oddly we found the Tyros 2 monitor speakers on the keyboard sound much better than the ones supplied with the TRS-MS05 as we found the sound weak with no punch.

I found someone selling a set of Tyros 5 speakers on eBay.
They sound good, but they're not very loud, even when I have all the volume controls turned up to max (the back of the subwoofer, the front of the subwoofer, and the master volume on the Tyros).
I double checked and everything is plugged in correctly.
Is there some hidden setting on the LCD display that I need to change?
