The underlying cause of a lot of low back problems is myofascial trigger points within the gluteus medius muscle. Trigger points, more commonly known as muscle knots, contribute significantly to low back pain through muscle imbalances, pelvic instability, and altered movement patterns. Jeffrey Peng MD is a nonoperative orthopedist and sports medicine specialist. He focuses on maximizing non-surgical treatments for sports injuries and orthopedic conditions. I've treated a couple of patients with trigger point injections for this, with good effect. Thanks for the video!

That's not all correct.
Patient may feel in the glutes but the problems are in many areas.
Avoid working on the areas that's already pain but working on the tightness instead because the tight muscles cause other muscles become weak and pain.

That's not happening. If I could stretch like that I wouldn't have a back problem.
