Gluten is number one. 10 years of pain. Never did a doctor tell me about it. All doctors are a joke. I am pain free now. I thought I was going to take my life. Thanks to everyone on YouTube for sharing this information with us.

Changing my diet saved me from debilitating back pain, nerve pain, joint pain, muscle pain, digestive issues, raised blood pressure, 20kg over weight. It took around 8 months for all these problems to resolve. I'm completely pain free and never felt and looked healthier.

Since 2020 I've only been eating fatty meats, seafood, eggs and dairy.

Prior to that I was eating the mainstream version of a  healthy diet (lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, low fat, eating the rainbow etc) for decades and watching my health slowly decline.

Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Paul Mason, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Gary Fettke, Dr Benjamin Bikman, Dr. Malcolm Kendrick, all helped me get my health back.

30 years fibro and cfs. Take Co q10. Astralugus. N actyl-cysteine. NAC, magnesium 3 kinds in one pill, B-100 vitamin. D3 with k2. Lions Mane with others. Resveratrol. Panax ginseng, amino acids. Beta glucan. Sounds like alot but between illness and normal aging all do help alot. Have my own study published in a medical journal as a lay person.

I had in the past lots of joint pains and muscle pains that made it hard to walk. When doc diagnosed me with vit D3 deficiency and injected me with 150.000iu every three months all was gone and energy went up like a plane.

I found my pain was from an oxalate dump - from one of your videos! I'm now on a low oxalate diet and pain free. Thanks!

EMF waves are one of the number one reasons why you have chronic pain. I work deep in the technology realm and I would’ve never gotten into this field had I known. It has caused all sorts of health issues in my body.

Fasting and carb restriction are the only tools I have found to be of any use, 2-3 days should do it!

Endometriosis and Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos. The first took 20 years to be diagnosed, the second took 40 years. GP's fob off women in pain

Yes my joint pain of a decade disappeared after a 3 day fast; I also removed dairy, grains, citrus and sugar for 3 months … this was two decades plus ago! I also believe unresolved emotions around self worth compound joint problems… now trying to deal with other stuff but confirming what you say is true ❤ thanks for sharing… another good vid 😊

Comments alone show it's obvious we're largely on our own from Docs for causes(s) & solutions! 🙏

Although I was gluten free and seed oil free for many years I was still eating too many carbs and too many plants. The carnivore elimination diet was the only thing that reduced my pain. I also feel that I was getting insulin resistant so it was time to do a real diet and lifestyle overhaul. I have Elhers Danlos Syndrome and it was giving me a lot of pain since I turned 60 and had to start working a physical job. Also no one can overlook the stress the pandemic has put on all of us. It's still doing that with all that's going on in the world our nervous systems and our mental health took a big hit the past 4 years. Not sure what to do about that.

Switching to a whole food plant-based diet has been a life saver for me. To each his own. Also added 20 minutes daily sun bathing, early to bed each night, weight lifting and 20 minutes sprinting 3 x week.

lots of sunbathing and eating hung organic stakes, organic milk and chesses and fresh organic vegetables. When i did that i gained more muscles and felt better then i had ever before. or since...

I'm trying to get back to that life. getting back to that life is my main life goal. falling in love and having wonderful community would be very nice too. and i think that there is a very good chance all those things can be found in the same place. i haven't gotten there yet. but that's where I'm going. wish me luck! ❤🙏

Glad to hear you mentioning the seed oils, intersting topic. Do you think there could be a connection between the seed oil induced mitochondrial damage and the Thiamine deficency/dependancy you see in many patients?

I have been struggling with long covid / mystery illness since November - after numerous visits to the doctors and multiple tests I had to take matters into my own hands and after researching cures I stumbled across this channel. I’m one week in taking Thiamax (B1) along with the accompanying magnesium and B complex mix and I’m feeling better than I did pre covid - I suspect I had a deficiency for many years! Profound changes. Thank you so very much!
