This video is all about promoting health of the knee joint. Popping, clicking, stiffness and pain will all be addressed in these exercises and stretches.
Using the full range of motion and muscles on both sides of the joint is important for optimal knee function. We will focus on control and stability as well as knee mobility during this workout.
Popping and clicking of the knee joint does not usually indicate a problem unless accompanied by pain. Locking up or stiff knee joints are not generally part of healthy knee function. Using the full range of motion of your knee and strengthening the supportive muscles as well as the muscles that act directly upon the knee can help reduce and avoid stiffening or locking up.
Since I will just be demonstrating, simply push pause on the video and complete the full sets and reps of each exercise if you would like to follow along with the video.
