How To Increase Power Limit for Intel 11th Gen i5, i7, i9 [on B560, H570, H510, Z590]

If you recently built a new Intel 11th gen gaming PC then there is a good chance that you are not getting the full performance from your CPU. Some H510, H570, B560, and Z590 motherboards tend to set the default power limit lower than your CPU needs to operate at its full potential. That results in less FPS in games.

But you can easily fix it. I will show you how to get more FPS in games in less than two minutes. You just need to increase the power limit on your i5 11400, i5 11400F, i5 11500, i5 11600, i5 11600K, i7 11700, i7 11700K, i9 11900, or i9 11900K CPU.

I have Asus B660M-K D4 and nothing works. I have different options and the effect is the same: set eveyrthing connected to Power Limit to max. So i did and my i5-13500 is always limited by 58W. In XTU it's always power limit throttling when benchmarking, Prime95 or Cinebench. I upgraded from i3-12100f and for now i failed to use even 40% of potential of new CPU. Any help?

Min doesn't have base frequency boost although it is an asrock bios, when setting Long Duration Power Limit to 125 watt, my 11400f is unstable in aida64 alle activated in less then 2 min
