Thank you for this video. Had an excel file that i downloaded and had to remove the protection. I was able to transfer it to google sheets. Now I know how to transfer it back to excel to email it to somebody.

Tried what you suggest on my Mac, first using Chrome, then using Safari. In each case when I click on "file" there is no "download as" option.
