I will admit to being a gray fox but I'm especially sold on delaying my salt and pepper progression with smooth but matured facial skin. I have no crows feet and only show puffed eyes and 'dry-ish' lips when I get up after 6-9 hours of solid sleep at 62 years old. I'll consume cashew milk for the hair, coconut oil for the lips and the once - in a- awhile Himalayan pink salt for the popcorn fiber that runs through my system of assisting help with good digestion of meat products.
