This movie came up on Netflix a few years ago, and I watched not knowing anything. When the movie ended, I saw it was a true story... It was a sad movie, but finding out it was true made it all the worse.

What angers me is this KEEPS HAPPENING! What is wrong with these cops?
I watched the film last night, I’d seen it before years ago but it still brings tears to my eyes from what Oscar went through. I can’t imagine the pain his mother and daughter feel, 14 years on. RIP Oscar. No one will ever forget you.

Enough of the false nonsense. It's not only the fact the Johannse is clearly a klansman in a police uniform, it's the fact he was put in power.

Improper training is misclassifying a report, improperly documenting missed punches, etc. At no point is calling Oscar "n***" and reaching for his gun a consequence of "improper training." Does he call every Black person, including colleagues he knows "n****s?"

The structure; not only put him in position to do this crime, paid him, trained him, bestowed power, and also supports his life before and after killing a Black man by creating a strawman, is the real enemy.
