An old tip, and a well-known one. If you ask me, to make a lot of gold: invest in the new farmstead home, upgrade it,
and here's the important tip-bit: plant nothing but Blisterwort. You'll make roughly 1150 gold per day.
I know what you're thinking, "You'll make that much from mushrooms!?" Technically a mushroom that's the basic ingredient for healing potions.
You're still free to loot the hidden Khajiit chests if you know where to look, yet the gold you'll make with adventuring,
looting off bandits & creatures, treasure chests, and quests and bounties, you'll already have more than enough to buy every house.

Here’s a better method, there’s a murder case quest in windhelm, in the house, you’ll find a strange amulet and you can bring it to Calixto and exchange it for 500 Gold. Pickpocket it back and keep reselling it to him 😂 but make sure to quick save it after every attempt because even with a 90% chance, you’ll get caught eventually. It’s much much faster than this

2:51 If you become a companion, he won't become hostile when u hit him only once, it'll take a lot more hits to make him lose his patience, therefore it'll make that save/hit/load exploit almost impossible (still can be done with Flames spell but it's tricky and annoying). In that case, you'll need to do the old wait 48h method which is slow af.
So yeah, don't become a companion if u wanna do this the quicker way.

also when doing the money thing you can use a wooden plate at the companions place go to the left pillar left from the archer practice then glitch through the wall and ez access, tip whirlwind Sprint is very good way to easily go through the wall

If you don’t do the companions quest he doesn’t move at all from the point at the grindstone so you have to do that before you can reset him

I use the dead thrall glitch in front of a courier …you get 300g inheritance each time you let the thrall die and you get all of its armor each time. I do it on a Blades thrall.

I'm not sure about taking everything out of it and selling it back to the vendor but I run up grab all of the potions the soul gems the money and ore and reset her, then reset her run back over grab the gold potions and ore,
Repeat this like six times then go to the merchant in whiterun and just sell all of the potions and gemstones to him you can walk away with like a 100 in 30 minutes if you're carrying a ring and necklace that increase your carry capacity and go over there nude to fill up a 400-plus carry capacity with gemstones and potions (which can sell from anywhere between 7-204 per potion)


And then I take all of the money and restock spam save the war maiden for iron and ore for crafting lvling, take all of the daggers up to the castle and enchantment them and then sell them to the merchant.
(Each enchanted dagger selling anywhere between 84 and 240 gold each)

I just use either a kettle with whirlwind sprint or a wooden plate to phase through the wall of the companions guild hall to reach the chest under sky forge. Kettles are an underrated tool for thievery and general hijinks and japery.

Why is it everyone who suggests this exploit, doesn't inform the noob, that if they raid the Khajjit chest too many times, the game puts a bounty on your head and you get attacked by 3-5 bounty hunters one day. One of the bounty hunters will have a note that explains the player is a thief. If you keep raiding the chest, the bounty hunter event keeps happening and they get progressively harder to kill.

First glitch you can just do the method but just take the money from the chest each time. Or at least the first however many try's taking everything from the chest so you can quickly do the method with just selling

A better method than selling the stuff back to him, improve it at war maiden's bench and grind stone. Then you'll get more money for the improved items, and if you sell at war maiden's, you have two venders in one location, Adrianne and her husband inside the shop.
