Ingredients:
3 Bananas
Nut or Seed Butter
Chocolate Chips
Coconut Oil
Pinch of Salt

Recipe:
- Cut bananas
- Line up the cut bananas on a cutting board with parchment paper
- Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the laid-out bananas
- Smash down the bananas gently with a glass
- Spread nut butter across the smashed bananas
- Add coconut oil with chocolate chips in the microwave for 15-second increments. Drizzle on top
- Put in freezer until set. Break apart and enjoy!
