I’ve made this a couple of times. It is amazing and SO easy!
Bananas
Melted peanut butter
Melted chocolate (I used dark because I prefer it)
Course salt (optional but I love it)
Freeze a couple of hours

Keeps in fridge for days but it will be eaten way before that!

There are so many recipes online for healthy and not so healthy treats. I have no idea why people post negativity upon someones channel about the recipes! Its a choice that you make for yourself. Just enjoy the work that went into making the video, recipe and such. Be thankful that others share ideas. Anyway, I think its a great idea for those who want a sweet treat.

You can add an extra layer of protein by sprinkling on two tablespoons of hemp hearts before you put the chocolate on. It'll give it an even chewier texture.
