When i started feeling the stretch from hip and shoulder separation it was a-lot either to follow my throw it feels extremely natural

Hey coach is there a good strengthing exercise for this movement, I damaged my tendon couple years back due to poor technique. And need to strengthen it as I feel numbness when I throw I do play alot of high impact sport on my shoulder baseball and waterpolo. And I've been working hard on my techniques for throwing and swimming side to reduce pain and further damage. Or what you recommend I focus on doing to help my throwing game improve. From the uk :)

Hi I have a throwing problem can you help me out all of my throws are terrible their either in the dirt or in the sky and I do the proper mechanics I think it’s my release point can you help me
