AntiBabyPille. That's the most German word I've ever heard.

Germans really have the best words and phrases for everything

Anti-Baby Pill is unironically straight to the point, powerful and majestic

My father learning German was horrified by the word ZAHNFLEISCH (tooth meat) 😂

This is exactly how Swedish works (and to some extent Chinese as well) and I find it hilarious. What should we call this thing that children play with? Toy? Nah, lets go with "plaything". How about those green plants that we eat for nutrients? Vegetables? Nah, "greenthings". What's the name of this small nocturnal creature with wings that hunts at night? Not a bat. How about "flutteringmouse"? What about this crawling green creature? A turtle? Nope, a "shieldtoad". Do you need a tissue? I only have "nosecloths". Where do you need to go to catch your flight? The airport? No, the "flyplace". Do you need to go to the hospital? No, I'll go to the "sickhouse". Who takes care of you at the sickhouse, the nurse? No, the "sicktakingcareofwoman". I could go on all day.

The German language always has a way of being direct and to the point, even with birth control pills. It's efficient and effective, just like the language itself.

to be fair we usually don`t say Antibabypille in normal conversation, usually we just say "Die Pille" (THE pill) without further elaboration

I remember a pregnancy test advertisement in Berlin that said (in German): 'maybe baby? Buy this test' 😂

I still love „Fahrzeug“ the most for vehicle. It means „stuff for driving“ and is so heartwarmingly pragmatic
