I sure miss the days when the force was wielded by like five people and it was only used to accomplish small tasks that led to significant outcomes. Obi Wan convincing the guards to let them through, Luke switching off his targeting computer and using the force to know when to fire, Leah sensing that Luke was still alive and returning to rescue him. These days it's used to pull down entire starships and get people pregnant 🙁

Remember that time an obscure, B-list, space movie with an $11m budget was released (in 1977) and it was SO GOOD that it earned $775m globally, created a global mania, and spawned 11 sequel movies? And then fans bought all of the hundreds of books and comics, flushing out the backstory of even the most obscure characters, and shelled out billions in collectible figures and items?

How WILLFULLY IGNORANT and selfish would you have to be to transform "that" ...into something that "YOU prefer" but those same loyal, adoring fans would give a score of 14% because they Hate it so much? Then paint them as toxic for not liking it??? Kathleen Kennedy, Dave Filoni, Bob Iger, - I'm talking to you!
