As usual, though I do not agree with all his theology, Dr white is very clear on this(and correct). Leighton is picking the wrong fight. He thinks the Calvinistic hinge is "total inability" but the real central pillar(to mix metaphors, I know), is "limited atonement". In that "valley of decision" is the hottest battle that has to be won.

Flowers position is so bad: How did people freely reject Christ in the Old Testament? Answer: They couldn’t...It is incoherent nonsense. His system contradicts itself and The Bible. They go to Hell because they have broken the law.... Please read Hebrews 11, Romans 4, Gen 15. Always Sola Fide. SDG

You can not be more wrong James White. There are good people in hell. I'm totally not surprised you don't know that. People who rely on their good morals from all backgrounds but did not trust Jesus and dis not rely on the grace.. I wouldn't be surprised if you think you are a good person even thou you are an elect. Also, yes the gospel is God's choice and gift offered to every man to either accept or reject.
