That looks an absolute nightmare stuff to put up. Would test the patience of a saint!

You need two people in an ideal world one to hold the other end OR get some kind of table you can stand and get closer to ceiling. It is very heavy stuff and creases when it bends back on itself also. You can use a brad nailer gun and staple it temporarily to hold it in place. Also another tip is to load it up with too much glue on ceiling AND the insulaltion paper as it is very absorbant and when you are trying to get the piece in place sometimes you have to move it a few times and it can get dry.Personaly after my experience with this product I would say to go with the cheaper version of it ( graphite liner it is 4 mm it's called..same company that makes this makes it)which is WAAY lighter and is as insulating and so easy to put up you paste thE ceiling it don't dry out and you can cut large pieces thus avoiding too many joins. Then put on top of that the KV300 (same as this but which is about 1mm) with a tough almost cardboard type top layer but it is very lightweight easy to put up and will cover any joins in the thicker insulation underneath.

I remember putting this stuff up on a ceiling, nearly sent me over the edge. Dread when a customer mentions having it up lol

Great job. My only concern is fire regulations is the product safe on the ceiling

Prep ceiling 2 coats suretherm then wallrock nice and warm, or wallrock first then suretherm then paint if required.

Good job m8. At 9 mins the actions starts!
Does the wall sweat behind the paper?

Is this stuff fire retardant or as dangerous as the polystyrene currently found in lots of older housing?

Really good video..
Just wondering what sort of wallpaper you would use to cover thermal lining wallpaper?
Good quality non woven wallpaper iv heard or maybe blown vinyl?

What a lovely bloke but it would have been easier to trim this horrible stuff on the wall with a snap blade knife and spatula! Still, I'd give him 9 out of 10 for a nice job.

Have you tried a wide filler knife pushed into the corners then use a sharp blade to trim
